Customer Service

Ordered a part a month ago. Still has not arrived. They intentionally block any email access to question their service. When contacted by telephone, answers were vague and zero help. Would not recommend purchasing from these people.

Never Do Business With Them Again!

I placed an order six days ago. Never heard anything from them as to the status of the order; even though they charged my credit card for the full amount of the purchase at time of order. Tried to contact CS via the phone and email. Finally after at least an hour someone got back with me. They stated my order was setting in a warehouse waiting on a backordered item. I asked why I was not communicated this. Ended up having to cancel the backordered item to get it shipped. I really wanted to talk to someone in CS, but no one ever called. I really needed a couple of these items now. Poor customer service!
